Code3 is an independent digital agency, fully owned by Graham Holdings Company. We were founded in 2010 as SocialCode, and spent a decade building an agency powerhouse in the media and creative space. Following an acquisition of Marketplace Strategy, an Amazon specialist agency, we rebranded to Code3 in 2020.

We fully believe talent lives anywhere, so more than 40% of our employees are remote. We’re headquartered in Cleveland and have a large concentration of employees in the NYC area, as well as Southern California.

We wear our ‘indie’ badge with pride, for many reasons. Without ties to larger holdco media or data agreements, we are able to put our client’s needs and transparency first. Our teams are built to be nimble, with no red tape. For us, it’s personal, and our goal is to deliver amazing work for our customers while also giving our Coders a stellar career experience.
