Lacey Nichols
People Program Manager

Learn Early & Often
Within Lacey’s role as People Program Manager on the People Operations team, she is dedicated to all of Code3’s programs that directly impact the employee experience. Two main projects include the Associate Development Program (ADP) and C3 University. “ADP is a program that supports 20 early career professionals, training them in different areas of the company, and placing them on teams in entry level positions,” says Lacey. “C3 University is the overarching program that houses ADP, new hire training, and some other professional development initiatives.”
I love that everyone at Code3 has the same goals in mind. There is a clear dedication to employee growth and happiness while maintaining client satisfaction which isn’t necessarily the case at other companies.

Sun Yang
Team Lead

PMA ALL DAY
Sun Yang goes to work - and succeeds - as a Team Lead with a simple Code3 slogan that also works as a catalyst for high achievement: positive mental attitude (PMA). “Certain projects can require collaborations across internal teams and the client. Some involve multiple calls to ensure communication is clear and the project is a success,” said Sun Yang, “This is only possible through teamwork and a positive attitude."
At the end of the day, we’re all here to help each other succeed and bring out the best in every single individual member of our team in order to succeed as one.

Leslie Johnson
Engineer

OBSESS OVER RESULTS
As an Engineer, Leslie’s primary role is to help provide data and reporting to Code3’s stakeholders, whether internal or external, through the use of engineering tools. “The Code3 Engineering Team has recently worked in partnership with the Account Management Team to help automate key parts of our clients’ reporting,” said Leslie, “Due to our obsession with results, we were able to streamline the report through automation while saving the Account Team valuable time once dedicated to building the report.”
My favorite thing about Code3 are the people! I recently joined a cross-departmental call for the first time. And, despite being virtual, I could feel the sense of belonging.
